Our Approach

EXPERIENCE

Identifying the Best Approach

We are comfortable working within your existing instructional design model, such as ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE models. We also enjoy working with teams to create a custom approach. Here's an example of a recent approach that we used for a client.

STEP 1 - ANALYZE

Gain an understanding of the business goals and the needs of your audience. Identify what your employees need to learn. Discuss how to improve information and training opportunities.

STEP 2 - PLAN

Provide a training approach. Establish methods to collect, develop, review, store and distribute training material. Provide a development schedule.

STEP 3 - ORGANIZE, DEVELOP, REFINE, PUBLISH

Develop engaging and memorable elearning and documentation. Provide games, interactions, stories, short-form video and pop questions. Provide opportunities for students to practice what they have learned.

STEP 4 - EVALUATE AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVE

Review and improve upon successes and determine next steps. Provide material update services based on a maintenance schedule.
